The Challenge
When MIDA Civil Engineering came to us, the business was growing fast. But their brand, website, and internal systems weren’t keeping up. Everything from the logo to the digital touchpoints felt disjointed. And with big clients coming in and serious investment going into machinery and infrastructure, it was clear the whole setup needed to be fit for growth.
Our job? Rebuild it from the ground up.
Laying the Foundations
We kicked off with a full brand audit. Discovery questionnaires with key staff helped us understand what made MIDA tick. What they loved about the company. What wasn’t working. What they stood for. That insight shaped the values, tone and direction of every decision that followed.
From there, we helped define a mission and set of values the team actually believed in. No fluff. Just a clear standard for how MIDA shows up, online, onsite, and everywhere in between.


More Than a Makeover
When you’re investing millions in equipment and pitching for major projects, the brand needs to look the part and stay consistent.
We rolled out a complete visual refresh, making sure every asset was aligned and fit for purpose:
- Refined logo, colour palette and typography
- Updated brand guidelines for internal and external use
- Printed materials including business cards, letterheads, brochures and van vinyls
- PowerPoint templates and internal newsletters
- Signage and wall graphics for the new office
Everything’s been tightened up, rolled out properly, and made ready for scale.






Built for Growth
The website needed to do more than look good. It had to support a fast-moving business. That meant helping MIDA recruit the right people, win major contracts, and stand out from the usual crowd of dated civil firms.
We kept the design clean, confident and modern. Stripped back visuals, sharp layouts, and just enough animation to guide the story. Strong video and photography take the lead, backed by content that promotes the company’s values and shows what makes MIDA different.
Every user journey was planned with care. From showcasing large-scale projects to pitching for new work and attracting people who buy into the mission. The site flexes to meet them all.
It’s all powered by WordPress, but nothing’s off the shelf. The build is fully custom, giving the team total control to scale the site, launch new pages and keep evolving without limits.

Systems that save time
MIDA didn’t just want to look the part, they wanted to do things differently. That meant building real tools that improved how the business ran behind the scenes.
Health & Safety Knowledge Hub
We digitised every policy and procedure first, then built a fully accessible microsite for on-site staff. Anyone can scan a QR code and get the latest standards, safety protocols and documentation - no binders, no outdated printouts. Everything’s up to date, centrally managed and easy to access. It’s a smarter way to keep standards high and risks low.
Recruitment System
MIDA's headcount was growing fast. Off-the-shelf solutions weren’t cutting it. So we built a custom system from the ground up. The new system:
- Captures applications, documents, licences and signatures
- Sends reminders and handles two-way comms
- Organises everything into HR-friendly workflows
- Saves time, reduces admin and improves candidate experience
