Challenge
As MIDA Civils began to scale exponentially, their digital identity struggled to keep pace. The company’s branding elements – logos, website, and other digital assets – were fragmented and inconsistent, poorly reflecting the company’s growing reputation in the industry.
Outcome
We realigned MIDA’s brand, crafting a cohesive and polished identity. A new website was created which received great acclaim – embodying the innovative and forward thinking ‘tech start-up’ ethos of the company. We also developed a custom-built onboarding platform that has streamlined recruitment and saved thousands of hours.
